Pressure Point Self-Defense Workshop
Hands on workshop - nerve strikes, joint manipilations and body control.
MKC Test Day
Please join us for a day of kyu testing on Saturday, June 29th. Test will begin at 11:30am.
Second half of adult class and private session class (free on this day) we will offer 20 minute teaching sessions by in house and guest instructors.

Pressure Point Self Defense Workshop
MKC Karate will host a Pressure Point Self Defense Workshop on Saturday, July 14th from 1 to 4pm at the Merritt Athletic Club in Hanover Maryland. We will focus on anatomical targeting of techniques commonly found in Aikido, Karate, Kempo and Tai Chi.

Guest Instructor Wayne Williams
Wayne Williams Sensei will be back as guest instructor on Saturday, May 19th for both the Children and Adult classes.
Sensei Williams is a 3rd Dan in Shotokan Karate and my first martial arts teacher.

Anyone wanting to carpool, we will be leaving from the Merritt in Hanover at 11:45am sharp.
